工作职责：
1. 发掘与寻找与公司战略一致业务项目；
To search and discover potential project that fits company strategy.
2. 制定年度项目拓展计划，跟踪并落实计划的执行；
To make annual business development plan and follow up its implementation.
3. 负责项目拓展，开展项目筛选和评估；
To select and evaluate potential project.
4. 项目相关文件的撰写、审核与汇报；
To compose，check and report related project materials.
5. 项目发展中，协调组织技术部、项目部，法务部等其他部门,并与其共同工作；
To coordinate and work with other related department such as: technique dept, finance dept, legal dept,
etc in the stage of project developing;
6. 负责项目的商务谈判，推动项目的实质发展；
To be responsible for the business negotiation, and push project substantial development;
7. 负责与客户、合作伙伴和政府间合作关系的建立与维护；
To develop a network, maintain the relationship among customers, partners and government;
8. 上级交办的其他工作。
To finish other task that superior assigns.

任职要求：
1. 能源领域知识，如工业能源或建筑能源服务等；
Experience in the field of energy services business, either for Industrial activities or for Real Estate.

Proven presentation skills as well as negotiation skill.
