职位描述

 工作职责:
1. 指导建立和执行人力资源政策及流程,并持续完善以支持公司的业务目标,并符合当地政
府的法规;
Build and implement HR policyand procedure, and continued perfection to support company
business targets, and ensure that is in line with the local government regulations;
2. 确保人力资源政策、方法和标准的一致性并致力在整个工厂建立通行的体系;
Ensure the consistency of HR policy, method and standards; build a general system in the whole
factory;
3. 建立有效的组织架构及合理的人员编制,建立和健全岗职体系,确保满足业务发展需要,;
Build effective organization structure and reasonable staff level, establish and strength the job
system, ensure meet the need of business development.
4. 建立和完善人力资源信息系统,为公司的相关人事决策提供支持信息;
Build and strength HR information system, provide supports for personnel decision.
5. 建立和完善招聘和选拔制度、流程和工具,吸纳人才,优化人力资源配置,确保人员及其
能力符合岗位需求;
Build and perfect the policy, procedure and tools in recruiting &selection,optimize the personnel
allocation,ensure that personnel and its capacity can meet the demand of job
6. 建立和完善公司绩效考核体系、流程和工具,确保过程的公正性和结果的有效性,为公司
业务经营和人员管理提供有力支持和指导;
Build and perfect the policy, procedure and tools in performance evaluation,ensure the fair of
process and the effectiveness of the results,provide support for business and guidelines to the
personnel management
7. 建立和完善薪酬福利政策、流程和工具,确保人力资源成本符合公司效益要求的同时,体
现薪酬福利的竞争性和激励性;
Build and perfect the policy, procedure and tools in compensation& benefit,ensure the labor cost
in line with the company benefit,meanwhile reflect thecompetitive and incentive of C&B.
8. 建立和实施人员培训和发展体系、流程和工具,分析组织能力差异并提供相关的发展方案,
以实现公司的业务目标,同时帮助员工获得持续发展的职业机会;
Build and implement the policy, procedure and tools in training & development,provide
development solution base on the capacity differences of the organization,to achieve the business
targets,meanwhile help employees acquire sustainable career development.
9. 建立、健全、执行员工劳动合同及纪律管理制度,确保人员管理符合国家法律法规,和公
司经营管理要求;
Build and implement labor contract system and discipline, make sure in line with the laws and
regulations, and meet the need of the business management.
10. 策划组织系统和广泛的员工关系活动,宣传企业文化,形成公司倡导的企业文化氛围。定

11. 负责部门员工的管理,做好工作计划、跟踪和辅导,不断提高本部门员工的工作能力和工
作效率。
In charge of personnel management in HR department, well plan, track and coach, continually
improve the capacity and work efficiency for subordinates.
任职要求:
1、具备良好的中英文写作、阅读、说能力
Good master of written, reading, and spoken English.
2、5 年以上的人力资源工作经验,在跨国公司有系统的人力资源工作经验优先
5+ years HR experiences, including systemic HR working experiences in MNC preferred.
3、大学本科以上学历,人力资源等管理专业或心理学专业者更佳
Bachelor degree, favorite major in hr management or psychology.
4、 具备前沿的系统人力资源管理知识,具备运作招聘、薪酬设计、绩效管理、培训与发展
及劳动关系模块的专业能力;
