Be responsible for,

Transferring equipment technology of installation, validation and operation to local production, create local procedure and SOP via cooperation with global support;

 

The equipment installation and validation via cooperation with BTC, make sure the equipment layout and product process reach the GMP/EHS requirement and B. Braun production standard, ensure the ramp-up production as per project schedule;

 

Resolve the equipment technical and process issues for the production via the cooperation with global COE;

 

Design the technical/equipment maintenance training plan and the competence development program for manufacturing team to support manufacturing &quality KPI reaching target;

 

Create equipment maintenance management system for Injection machine, Molds, TK module, Extrusion line, and make sure the equipment operation stability to reduce shutdown hours;

 

Participant in the production line fault diagnosis, finding the root cause, implement effective correctives and preventive actions; 

 

Lead the tool shop to make sure all molds being maintained as per production requirement;

Education Required:

Automation or mechanical major in Bachelor degree as minimum

Experience/Knowledge Required:

5 years experience in plastic molding process management of automation line 

IV-Set production line experience is preferable
