1、Create awareness and buy-in for fact based thinking at all levels
2、Support functional leadership in defining the KPI’s and base-lining the performance of key processes
3、Act as a change leader and always question the status quo
4、Establish and manage the Process for continuous improvements (CI) by screening opportunities, filling the project pipeline and chartering Green Belt projects in accordance with functional leadership
