Professional search & selection process for candidates
★As for reports of candidates recommended, Jobnice has applied standardized interview skills in communications with candidates. After the face-to-face communication and evaluation of candidates and 30 minutes plus off-site telephone communication in some cases, we prepare assessment reports for suitable candidates and send reports to our customers for their comprehensive understanding.
★Every interview between our consultant and candidate from our Talent Pools is subjected to a written assessment report to fully understand the candidate's background, career planning, experience, strengths and weaknesses. We believe these reports will help us to avoid the generalized or haphazard assessment of candidates and help us to understand better the assessment given to the same candidate by different consultants at different time in different regions.
Efficiency and quality assurance for our recommended candidates
Efficiency: We will present the first bunch of qualified candidates’ reports within 5 days upon the signing of Agreement for positions with annual income of RMB 200,000 and within 7 days for positions with annual income beyond that of RMB 200,000.
Service Quality: we ensure that 50% of our recommended candidates will pass the Client selection for interview.
Effective: On average every three days one talent recommended by Jobnice reports in on duty for new working posts
Effective value-added services
★Jobnice will carry out comprehensive background and income investigation on candidate before on board to reduce the risks that may occur to customers and help our customers make more effective decisions.
★Consultant from Jobnice will carry out four communications with the candidate on working feelings and adaptability and with HR manager or supervising manager from customer side on candidate’s performance on the on-board day, one week after, one month after and end of guarantee period to discuss and solve potential problems to make sure the candidate fits in and our Client benefits.
★Within three months after the candidate entry, we will issue quality tracking evaluation report to assess the service Jobnice provided as well as the customer opinion of the candidate recommended, which shall be used to review our services and push us to strive to do our best.
