Signing of Agreement
After negotiation and confirmation of service charge and service to be delivered, both parties shall sign the Service Agreement on Search & Selection
Order Undertake
The Client shall provide necessary information such as Position Description, company
profile and company culture.
Position Expectation
Upon receiving adequate information, JOBNICE will send its consultant to discuss with
Client over expectation for desirable candidate.
Search & Selection
JOBNICE will employ comprehensive search methods to carry out the search for
qualified candidates and carry out preliminary interview.
Interview By JOBNICE
JOBNICE will then carry out further interview for candidates passing preliminary to
determine whether candidates are competent to position expectation in aspects of
character, serving capacity, career experience and company relevancy. Reports of
potential candidates shall be delivered to Client for selection. We will present the first
bunch of qualified candidates reports within 5 days upon the signing of Agreement for
positions with annual income of RMB 200,000 and within 7 days for positions with
annual income beyond that of RMB 200,000.
Interview by Client
Client shall select candidates for its interview after receiving candidates report and notify
consultant from JOBNICE. Our consultant will then arrange interview appointment with
candidates selected. The process is shown in the chart below.

Outcome feedback:Background survey for those passed(Analysis for failure
causes and further searching).
Outcome feedback includes: candidate performance in interview by Client and
perception of interview by candidate.
Service Quality: we ensure that 50% of our recommended candidates will pass the
Client selection for interview.
Final Offer
After the Client confirms the final candidate, JOBNICE may send its consultant to assist
as third party in communication over issues such as employment term and salary
package.
The Client shall then issue job offer letter to the candidate. JOBNICE will issue invoice
for service charge after the candidate reports in for duty and the Client makes
payment for all charges.
Follow-up Service
Consultant from JOBNICE will carry out four communications with the candidate and the
Client on report-in performance and adaptability on the on-board day, one week
after, one month after and end of guarantee period to discuss and solve potential
problems to make sure the candidate fits in and the Client benefits.In case of resigning
of the candidate within the guarantee period, JOBNICE will recommend one new
candidate for the same position for the Client without any extra charge.
