Job description:
1、To direct cost reduction, quality improvement, and specification compliance programs for the manufacturing facilities;
2、To design and direct a continuous improvement process throughout all facilities and product lines;
3、Provide strategic direction in major capital projects that align with quality improvement, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction objectives. Make versus buy analysis;
4、Direction in disciplines of Best Practices including, but not limited to, yield improvement, process capability;
