Job Description
岗位职责:
1、按公司要求,通过在空白市场开发新经销商及增加现有经销商销量的方式达成销售目标; 2、建立、维护和培育有效的销售团队,确保团队成员遵守公司的规章制度、积极完成销售目标,策划、实施并参与销售团队的培训;
3、发展员工工作技能。指导员工解决工作中遇到的问题,进行在职培训,团队建设;
4、审核销售团队的工作报告,以每月回顾的形式监测、把控销售人员的工作,确保完成公司预期销售目标,并确保公司资源的有效利用;
5、执行公司的销售策略,在销售、推广等计划方面控制成本;
6、收集市场信息,包括市场现有状况、发展趋势、竞争对手活动等,分析信息并汇报给上级领导;
7、规划下一年的工作情况;
8、协助经销商维护终端客户,提高客户满意度。
岗位要求:
1、化工、机械工程等相关专业;
2、具有10-15年的润滑油或汽车配件等相关领域的销售经验,具有良好的经销商管理经验;5年之上销售团队管理经验;
3、积极主动性强;
4、有一定的英语基础;
5、具备良好的沟通和谈判技巧。
