1. General understanding of TPM concept, pillars
2. General understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement Philosophy (To be able to train operators, engineers) (5S, Visual Management, Kaizen, Problem Solving Techniques, ABC Analyses)
3. Ensure Lean / Six Sigma concept and ideas are understood by relevant personnel.
4. Ensure TPM principles are established for Operations and Maintenance Teams.
5. Working with technical/production departments to delivery modification of current equipment, new product development and Focused / Continuous Improvement activities.
6. Implement project to against its scope on time within budget.
7. Preparing proper / detailed training documents / presentations for projects
8. Cross function support.
9. Communicate findings to relevant management team to gain support and resources.
10. Ensure equipment and people are in safety environment during project implement.
11. Ensure design and installation has no any potential injured risk.
12. Cooperation with specialists from suppliers or other units to setup/upgrade production line.
13. Program for PLC and HMI to achieve proper automation control.
14. Track and formally report improvement projects, to include all expenditure, key achievement, milestone via living updating during projected life.
15. Project handover via Coordinate IQ, TQ and PQ procedure.
Skills:
1.Experience on Lean / Six Sigma concepts, experience on implementing LSS projects
2. 3 years relevant to project experience. FMCG working experience is preferred.
3.B.S degree in electrical/control/automation.
4.Working experience in PLC control system design, installation and commissioning.
5.Fully conversant with GMP and ISO9000 quality standards.
6.Good English writing / speaking are required.
7.Experience in working plan and timing management.
8.Good conflict management skill.
