岗位职责:
为了确保港口经营指标的完成,做好货源组织,积极开拓市场,保障客户服务工作顺利开展。 Execute strategies jointly developed by the Head of Marketing & Logistics and to ensure the orderly growth of the port and its expansion programmes.Ensure the efficient allocation of resources and customer service delivery.

市场部的内部建设
1、根据公司战略目标,完成公司制定的年度经营目标;
2、督导贯彻执行公司经营决策、规章制度;
3、规范市场部管理体系,建立市场部管理规章制度;
4、管理市场部日常工作。
Internal management for Marketing Dept.
1、Ensure all company strategic and business objectives are completed according to plan. 2、Implement and supervise the orderly assignment of work tasks within the company’s standard of operations. (SOP) 3、Continuous improvements in Standardizing the departmental management system and establishing the departmental management rules and regulations; 4、Managing the departmental daily work ØProvide leadership and develop talents within the department 5、Work closely with the Head of Marketing & Logistics to plan and secure businesses from new and existing customers

货源市场的调研、分析工作
1、组织调研港口腹地企业的产能、供销现况及后续发展规划并归档;
2、组织调研港口腹地货源的种类、流量、流向和物流途径;
3、对所提报市场调研情况进行审查;
4、组织调研周边港口的生产经营情况。
Cargo Origin and Destination research and analysis Ø Develop productivity improvement plans, identify new business opportunities within the port hinterland and proper management of documents and information; ØOrganize research on the cargo source types, flow volume and supply chain practices; Ø Reviewing the market research results; Ø Organizethe study of the operations of the surrounding ports and provide regular market intelligence.

货源市场的开发、组织、客服工作
1、制定月度、季度、年度货源组织计划并呈报公司领导审批;
2、监督落实货源组织计划;
3、组织开展外部市场薪酬水平调研,并根据结果提出薪酬水平调整建议;
4、组织做好市场营销方案,不断改善货源结构,获取最大利润;
5、定时或不定时做好客户回访、联谊工作。
6、根据客户需要,设计完善的客户服务制度和流程,最大限度提高客服水平。
Development, organization and customer service against the cargo sources ØPrepare monthly, quarterly, annual budget plan and submitting to company leaders for approval; ØSupervising and implementing daily plan to ensure successful loading and unloading of cargoes ØReview staff salary and rewards to reflect market practices and make adjustments where ; ØDevelop sound marketing plans, widen customer base and improve the cargo mix , to maximize profits; ØFrequent visits to customers to understand their needs and production plans ØDesign customer service policy and process, improve customer service level.

港口业务的商务谈判、合同签订,费用催缴
1、组织完成商务谈判,重要客户协调报请公司领导参与;
2、审核业务合同的签订,签批后做好归档处理;
3、监督港口业务费用的催缴清欠,确保不发生呆账、坏账;
4、协调交通、交警、城管、公路等部门,做好路协工作,确保货物集、疏港顺利,提高泊位及货场使用效率。
Business negotiation, contract signing and manage accounts receivables ØOrganizing to complete the business negotiation and inviting the company leaders to participate in the negotiation with the important customer; ØReviewing the signature of contracts and related filing works; Øsupervising the collection of service charges to ensure that no bad debt happen; ØCoordinate with relevant government authorities, such as traffic police, city councils highway management department to ensure the smooth receipt and delivery of the cargos and improving the utilization of the berth and stack yard

主持制定船舶进出港计划,提高泊位和货场利用率
ØEnsure proper vessel planning to maximize the the utilization of the berth and yard in a fair and orderly manner.



任职资格的具体描述:
本科及以上学历,港口与物流相关专业
物流师
15年以上行业工作经验
5年以上管理经验
掌握物流管理理论知识
熟悉港口生产部门流程和相关制度
