Job Description
岗位职责
1、负责协助总经理管理济南、淄博区域的工程；
2、负责各项目的质量、技术、进度、安全、成本管理；
3、甲方、监理、政府监管部门等内外部关系的沟通协调。
职位要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，建筑相关专业优先，10年以上工作经验；
2、具有3年以上房地产或建筑公司中高层管理经验，具备良好的工程质量、技术、进度、安全、成本管理能力；
3、具有良好的领导能力、判断与决策能力、协调能力、人际沟通能力、影响力、计划与执行能力；
4、中级以上职称，具有一级建造师、注册造价工程师等证书者优先。
