Responsibility
1. Compile product specifications including cost targets.
2. Supervise/approve that newly produced products are in accordance with the specifications and are completely finished prior to launch.
3. Responsible for that the content in product specifications and configurators are updated.
4. Compile sales arguments for product and application documentation (both technical and commercial).
5. Approve and give priority to B/C-orders. If required convert to A-orders.
6. Initiate phasing out products.
7. Responsible for product training and production of relevant training material.
8. Supervise the local Product Councils, LPC-Q and LPC-MParticipate in Product Councils for the “area of responsibility”.
9. Visit end customer, body builders, sales men, sales companies and distributors to promote existing products and gather in information for improvements and development of the product programme.
Requirement
1. Appropriate University degree.
2. Preferably 10 years experience in both R&D and sales of special vehicles and trucks.
3. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
4. Skilled in office software. SAP experience is preferred.
5. Product knowledge and competence in the line of trade.
6. Pedagogical ability， service-minded, power of initiative, flexible and self-propelled.
7. Combines strategic vision, overview and analytical capabilities with pragmatism, creativity and operational skills.
Working experience in MNC and preferably with JV operations in China is preferred.
