Job Description
岗位职责：
1、新产品的先期生产准备工作；
2、生产过程中的质量、工艺、设备改进；
3、工艺能力平衡与优化；
4、指导试制人员进行涂装、打胶艺及调漆工作；
5、制定涂装材料消耗定额和工时定额；跟踪设备制造、安装、调试；
6、编制涂装所需各种工艺文件并保证其正确性和一致性；
7. 进行工艺、技术、质量相关工作统计、总结分析并实施改进。
任职资格：
1、汽车，农用机械，工程机械相关专业毕业，本科以上学历，4年以上工作经验。
2、具备涂装车间规划能力；
3、熟知涂装车间工艺作业流程；
4、进行过涂装工艺编制和调试；
5、有新工厂建设及工艺规划经验者优先。
