职位描述：
1、公司的资质升级、变更及年检；
2、安全生产许可证的年检、公司的工商年检、组织机构代码证的年检；
3、规费费率的申请、社保拨付、安措费申领、农民工保障金的申领工作等；
4、各政府部门的沟通、突发事件协调工作；
5、开工手续、公司承建项目招投标手续、承建项目验收接待工作；
6、公司承建项目的检测费用；
7、公司每月报表的上报工作；
8、公司领导交办的其它事项。
岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，年龄45岁以下；
2、熟悉建筑工程相关手续及业务流程；
3、出色的沟通协调能力，有较强的政府公关、商务谈判能力；
4、做事有韧性，具备解决外联问题的一般方法；
5、可适应出差，驾驶熟练。
