工作岗位: Purchase Manager 采购经理
岗位职责描述：
1. Set up and develop the overall strategy for the sourcing function.
建立和发展整个采购部门的战略。
2. Build systems, processes and network as required accomplishing sourcing goals.
根据要求建立系统、流程和网络完成采购目标。
3. Source, qualify and maintain vendors and suppliers.
寻找、评估合格的供应商并加以维护。
4. Take ownership responsibility for the contracting process with suppliers and component pricing.
在与供应商合同谈判和零部件价格协商过程中承担所有者职责。
5. Ensure material / components availability at required quality level, and achieve cost reduction objective.
确保材料/零部件按照要求的质量获得，达到成本降低的目的。
6. Follow up on supplier quality issues corrective actions.
跟踪供应商质量问题整改措施。
7. Quantify and track values add of sourcing organization.
量化和追踪采购工作的附加价值。
8. Implement Supplier Management system.
执行供应商管理系统。
9. Cooperate with R&D, Logistic, and Quality and product department on material sourcing issue.
在材料采购方面协助研发、物流、质量和产品部门。

入职条件：
教育/培训经历：Mechanical Major 机械专业

工作经验：
10 years relevant working experience
10年以上采购管理相关工作经验

能力和技能：
1. Organizational skills.
具备一定的组织管理能力；
2. Good communications skills to work with various departments in the organization.
具备良好的沟通能力，与各部门保持顺畅沟通；
3.Fluent English ability.
具备基本的英语沟通能力，口语流利。
