Job Description

Responsible for:
1.Formulate, review and implement HR policies & procedures to support company operations.
2.Plan manpower budget, formulate recruitment strategies with user departments, manage and ensure that recruitment procedures are complied with company's strategic objectives.
3.Implement performance management system, review compensation and benefits for market competitiveness .
4.Responsible for wage administration, labor relations and safety program .
5Supervise the administration of grievance handling and disciplinary action to ensure compliance to established procedures.
6.Cultivate a culture of learning by providing learning/development opportunities for staff to keep their skill/knowledge current to meet the operational and strategic needs of the company.
7.Statutory reporting and liaison with relevant authorities.
8.Facilitate effective staff communication through various communication channels.
9.Recommend and monitor existing and new employee policies and procedures to promote a culture of teamwork, creativity and innovation.
10.Supervise the organization of social and recreational activities to enhance the well-being of the employees and to promote employee interaction.
11.Abide by the company's safety rules and regulations.
12.Functionally report to HRM and HRD to ensure policies and procedures are coherence with Makino Asia overall strategic objectives.
13.Provide all necessary information and report to regional HRM, General Manager.
14.Perform any other duties as assigned.
15.Handle administration offers.
16.Participate in establishing long-term programming of the company.

Qualifications :

Qualification: Minimum 8 years working experience in large multinational manufacturing companies with a leadership role in Human Resources function

Experience:
Good knowledge of labor laws, regulations and practices in Wuhu and Anhui province.
Ability to lead and supervise.
Good negotiation and facilitation skills.

Essential Attribute:
Resourceful and able to interact well and build strong relationships with people at different levels in the organization.
Good organizational skills.
Able to communicate in both English and Chinese.
