Job Description
一、岗位工作内容
工作职能：
1、 制定店面设计和VI设计标准；
2、 负责和主持店面设计全部工作；
3、 组织相关设计人员对店面设计图纸进行细化和审核；
4、 监督并保证在建店面和营运店面保持店面设计标准；
5、 协助和督促店面展示设计和其它相关人员进行店面工程材料的选择；
6、 监督和指导艺术监理和店面展示设计的工作；
7、 监督店面展示资料收集整理；
8、 完成投资建设项目设计工作；
业务沟通、协调：
1、 同商品展示及店面沟通，完成店面展示过程中的设计调整；
2、 及时同项目管理和店面维护人员沟通，保证店面按照既定标准完成；
3、 协调店面与部门内部设计工作；
其他工作：
上级布置的其他工作 。
二、任职要求
1．有一定的室内设计和建筑设计知识及业务技能。
2. 良好的沟通协调能力；熟悉、了解经营思路思想，并具有执行及反馈意识。
3. 具有一定的员工管理、组织能力、计划能力和执行能力等 。
