Job Description
工作职责：
1. 负责集团及各子公司资产负债表帐户分析回顾和稽核，确保财务数据的准确性和及时性
2. 负责集团结帐和日常帐务的复核，确保报表符合国家会计准则以及壳牌管理报表要求
3. 负责管理和提升会计团队能力，给予培训和考核
4. 负责财务系统实施和管理
5. 负责协调内外部审计，与股东方对账，复核对外提供的报表
6. 负责编制会计核算流程，完善会计核算
7. 支持财务团队的改进项目，与财务中心对接，优化会计工作
8. 确保所有会计凭证，信息，支持文件得到妥善的管理和保存
9. 其他与会计相关的工作
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，会计、财务管理、金融类专业；
2. 6年以上会计工作经验，3年以上管理经验；
3. 具备较强的人际沟通能力、执行力，并具备积极影响他人的能力；
4. 根据工作需要，能够接受差旅安排或异地工作调动；
5. 零售业或商业企业背景优先考虑。
