条件Qualifications
Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing and Economics or the related areas

Experience: Two-year proven success in marketing research and analysis data. Retail furniture experience a plus.

Other Requirements: Must have ability to analyze and forecast macro economical information. Needs strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to hold a unique point of view and provide clear ideas on the company’s development strategy.

职责：Responsibilities:
l Responsible for overall marketing research and analysis of both target market and competitors, and providing foundations for decision-making of business development.

l Collects statistical data on market and the furniture industry, and is informed of new trends in furniture purchasing.
收集市场和家具行业的统计数据，掌握并报告家具消费新趋势。
l Measures market penetration and completes Market Share Report.
预测产品的市场浸透率，完成并递交市场占有率报告。
l Recommends site selection of new stores by using demographic research of the site surroundings.
通过对地理人口环境的分析研究，对新店址选择提出建议。
l Assists in development of short and long range objectives/market potentials.
协助制定开发市场潜力的长短期目标。
l Evaluate performance of staff against established standards. Provide effective counsel to improve performance and ensure growth.
