MISSIONS

Provide an accurate, reliable, exhaustive and timely report of the company’s financial data.
Optimize the generation and use of the financial resource cash flow.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1．Management of JV contract execution.
2．Accounting, cash management and cost control.
3．Provide support for other departments in the implementation of financial measures.
4．Sales Invoicing.
5．Legal affairs.
6．Insurance.
7．Information Technology.
 
MAIN TASKS

1．In charge of budget management.
2．Elaborate the norm value and price of vehicle.
3．Prepare monthly report according to legal, shareholders’ and management requirements.
4．In charge of annual summary and auditing.
5．Take actions to lower cost and inventory.
6．In charge of drawing invoices and making payments.
7．In charge of IT system operation and its safety.
8．Other tasks assigned by General Manager and Assistant General Manager.

TARGETS

Actual production costs of vehicle.
Operating costs of departments.
Daily sales income and tax refund. .
Payables of daily purchase.
Inventory value.
Capital expenditures net present value, budget and schedule.

ORGANIZATION

1．Reporting
Finance Manager reports to General Manager/Assistant General Manager.

2．Supervision and management
Guide and check assistant manager’s daily work.

3．Working relations
Finance manager contacts with all Depts. in the company.

PRC government officials
Auditing bodies and other intermediaries.


QUALIFICATIONS
1．Education
Batchelor degree, finance or economics major.

2．Work Experience

7 years’ work experience.
3．Languages
English: Fluent in written and spoken

4．Information Systems
Expert in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as finance & accounting software and ERP.

5．Good expressive skills and harmonious interpersonal relations.

6． Mobility
Work in Jinan; usually no business trip.
