Job requirements:
•Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent.
•At least 3 years practical working experiencein automobile area.
•Familiar with APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/SPC/MSA
•Familiar with TS 16949 is preferred
•Strong problem solving skills
•Good at dealing with customers
•Strong at influencing others and good at communication
•Strong enthusiasm to get things done
•Good English level, French is a plus.
•Good interpersonal skills, excellent analytical skills, strong personal initiative, careful, considerate, and diligent.
•Proactive, good team spirit and communicative skills to carry out cross-department project.
•Travel abroad is required.

Responsibilities:
•To handle AQE tasksas defined by ME team.
•Manage advanced product quality planning (APQP) activities with suppliers
•Act as the liaison between manufacturing engineering and the supplier
•Conduct program reviews on all new AQE parts
•Review, remediate and approve PPAPS from suppliers as appropriate
•Conduct process audits and run-at-rates as required for AQE parts
•Train suppliers on the quality and manufacturing philosophies utilized
•Resolve supplier issues during APQP-develop corrective actions and document lessons learned
•Improve the quality performance of suppliers by conducting supplier workshops, improvement meetings, etc.
•Manage critical supplier issues vising escalation as appropriate
•Improve quality levels of purchased parts materials to achieve quality metric goals
•Support the protect the customer process
•Comply with and ensure supplier compliance with ISO/TS16949 AS Appropriate
•Promote a "Delphi Excellence"
