Main Duties and Responsibilities

•Develop Technical Machine Specifications for external supplier quotation;

•Produce PFD, PFMEA, PCP with ME AQE and carry out documentation (Process Monitoring, Standard Cell & EOP):

•Perform design review with supplier in order to validate technical solution;

•Manage project in industrial environment, while interacting with plant manufacturing engineers, maintenance technicians, and quality and production department;

•Qualify the machines at supplier (MQ1), prepare, organize and lead installation in the production plant, performing qualification (MQ2), and support production ramp-up;

•Train production and maintenance engineers in order to ensure good transition of all knowledge of new equipment for serial production;
Essential Requirements:

•Engineering degree – Machine construction and internal combustion engine;

•Technical knowledge: reading and interpretation of technical drawings, machine parts, tolerances, dimensional control;

•Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, Shainin, 5Ws, PFMEA etc would be plus.

•Fluent English language, other language(s) skills are considered to be an advantage;

•Detail oriented mindset with organizational, communication, and problem solving skills;

•Proficient is using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook).
