Job Description
职位描述：
1、专业分类：化工、I+G、赖氨酸、苏氨酸专业；
2、全面负责本专业产品的所有生产技术管理，，确保本专业产品成本在行业内的技术竞争优势，承担各生产技术指标的逐年持续提升的技术开发责任；
3、负责公司内本专业的所有工程项目的设计和调试指导；
4、岗位个人必须具备为该产品领域的技术权威能力，能够解决工程和生产中的实际问题。能够组织生产标准化的实施，对工作结果负责，接受集团工作任务的绩效考核；
5、承担本领域专业技术带头人责任，能够培养专业群体的技术整体提升工作。
工作职责：
1、大专以上学历，男女不限，五年以上相关岗位工作经验；
2、充分掌握本专业的内生产技术和发展要求，了解生产技术在本专业领域内具备的行业水平；
3、能够组织实施本专业生产技术标准、规范，建立优势的生产模式，提升本专业生产管理的标准化；
4、具有一定的组织、协调、管理能力，能够组织实施本产品项目的技术创新和技术改造任务。
5、有较强的团队协作精神。
