Job Description
岗位要求：
1.大专及以上学历，年龄28-38岁；
2.至少年以上传统渠道或市场营销管理经验，操盘1000W以上区域市场业务；
3.良好的团队管理和协调能力，责任心强。
岗位职责：
1. 参与制定公司营销战略，根据营销战略制定公司营销策略和营销计划，经批准后组织实施；
2.负责所辖区域内公关、促销活动的开展与实施；
3. 负责对所辖的市场营销环境、目标、计划、业务活动进行核查分析，适时调整营销策略和计划，制定预防与纠正措施，确保完成营销目标和营销计划；
4. 制定营销系统培训计划并实施；
5. 协助运营总监建立调整公司营销组织，细分市场建立、拓展、调整市场营销网络。
