任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，机械、电气或化工类相关专业，
2、8年以上大型化工企业设备管理相关工作经验，
3、3年以上化工企业设备管理全面负责的工作经验，同等管理职位至少1年以上工作经验， 精通化工企业设备管理知识
工作职责：
1、根据公司发展规划和经营计划，组织制定设备管理工作计划；
2、监督指导公司设备管理制度建设；
3、主持公司设备管理体系的日常工作，确保体系的良好运行。
