Job Description
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，电子商务、计算机、网络、管理、营销等相关专业；
2. 熟悉互联网上的产品运作，至少3年以上电子商务经验；
3. 熟悉电子商务市场，拥有良好的市场开发敏锐度和实际营销能力；
4. 掌握网络技术、推广、文案、设计、客服等工作技能；
5. 有淘宝或其他网络商城营销管理经验优先。
岗位职责：
1、 全面负责公司电子商务O2O平台建设；
2、 负责公司天猫商城店、淘宝店的日常运营和管理，支持达成营销目标；
3、 制定、开展和推动电子商务平台各项工作流程和业务标准的执行，完成公司产品及品牌形象的网络推广及日常维护更新；
4、 完善线上产品推广方案， 支持销售业绩达成；
5、 制定网络媒体推广计划及媒体合作方案，进行网络媒体资源的拓展，与所拓展的网络媒体开展多种形式的合作，维护与网络媒体之间的关系并开发新媒体渠道；
6、 制定电子商务平台销售计划和策略并组织实施；
