职位描述：

1，Define and organizing the supply chain for machinery import between Europe and China including spare parts.
2，Coordinating activities between production planning -, purchasing -, finance-, corporate relations department, supplier, forwarder, carrier, customs broker and Chinese Authorities regarding import business of machines and spare parts.
3，Tracking time schedule of CKD Parts import by sea. Defining airfreight shipment schedules according to request of material planner CKD and possibilities given by nominated forwarder.
4，Preparing and collecting the necessary documents for customs clearing. In case of emergency circumstances organizing emergency customs clearing with forwarder.
5，Coordinating customs clearing and transportation for CKD material
6， Verifying invoices for CKD import, which is sea-/airfreight, customs clearing fees, other authorities fees, domestic transportation.
7，Supporting the forecast for CKD import related cost
8，Organising, Tracking transportation, for all non series parts except fluids for production, machines and spare parts for machines. Verifying the invoices for this kind of shipments to finance department.


岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历

2. 具备良好的外语听说读写能力（英语熟练）

3. 3年以上物流行业工作经验，熟悉进出口业务，有带领团队的工作经验。

4. 熟练掌握及运用供应链管理、成本控制等专业技术知识

5. 熟练应用OFFICE、SAP等办公及管理软件

6. 正直，严格要求，工作准确，讲求科学性

7. 高度的责任心和工作热情，良好的心理素质、逻辑分析能力、持续学习能力
