Job Description
工作职责：
Ø 制定和维护现场改进计划，新技术引进，维修费用和维修计划的管理控制，以确保这些工作按照客户和计划目标高标准的完成。
Ø 制定并管理工单系统、预防性维修计划，监测分析设备的状态，提高设备效率。
Ø 确保请购的备件和服务质量，管理供应商并定期地对供应商进行评估，确保承包商执行公司的安全和现场所有程序。
Ø 参与维修和工厂项目费用预算，回顾并预测维修费用，保证合理支出。
Ø 执行已建立地可靠性原则和资产管理体系，确保设备完好率最大化，保持最佳人员配备。
Ø 有效地进行PBM，通过对员工的指导和训练保持团队效率。
任职要求：
Ø 可靠性维护常识。
Ø 管理预算能力。
Ø 安全程序管理知识。
Ø 设备故障分析和排除能力。
Ø 工程标准和规范的了解。
Ø 良好的人员管理能力。
Ø 相关专业，本科以上学历。
Ø 5年以上工程和维修经验，包括3年以上管理经验。
