Job Description
岗位职责;
1、参与建筑设计工作，负责（或参与）建筑工程建筑方面方案委托设计；
2、落实并监督项目工程标准化设计工作；
3、与设计单位签订设计合同，并对各设计单位设计进行监督审核；
4、负责项目工程设计进度计划的编制、调整、落实与实施；
5、组织设计方案评审、施工图会审；组织设计单位处理工程技术问题；
6、进行项目工程施工图设计阶段与方案设计一贯性的审查与监督工作；
7、处理项目公司根据客户要求提出的工程变更，审核并下达工程变更通知。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，建筑学专业，5年以上建筑设计或设计管理工作经验；
2、精通建筑工程设计， 熟悉建筑设计设计规范和国家地方对建设项目的建筑设计规定，了解房地产开发项目运作流程、设计委托程序；
3、熟练掌握AUTOCAD等相关设计软件；
4、较强的成本意识、质量意识，工作严谨细致，条理性强；
5、较好的综合分析解决问题的能力，较好的管理、沟通和协调能力，人际交往能力。
