Essential requirements:
- Bachelor or above, majored in logistics or related
- 2 years working experience in package engineering and 3 years in warehouse management
- Must be knowledgeable and capable of container design of disposable and returnable type for domestic and international customers and suppliers, using all material, wood, cardboard, metal, plastic etc
- AutoCAD capability
- Problem solving skill – quickly identify the issues
- Communication skill – be able to communicate with other functions
- Good ability to communicate in English

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, Impart and Conduct training and working instruction to Warehouse Team members.
- Ensure accurate record for raw materials Receiving ,raw materials Issuing, FG shipping, Spare Parts shipping;
- Ensure and keep materials inventory accuracy
- Keep materials in required way for stocking in warehouse especially chemical warehouse management.
- Ensure 100% on time delivery to customer
- Conduct effective Annual Physical Inventory and Cycle Counting weekly.
- Reduction to Logistics Cost for delivery
- Monthly Report accurate shipping records to Finance for reconciliation
- Coordinate Smooth ECN Implementation
- Active Participation in New Project Launches
- Control and Monitor Excess and Obsolete and report on time to respect materials planners.
- Ensure all the procedure and working instruction to fulfill requirements from internal control.
- Continuously improving warehouse operation system
- Study new project packaging: understand packaging’s orientation by communicating with customer, supplier and other department; check packaging materials and cost and lead packaging test; get customer’s approval.
- Complete, update and release packaging instruction and organize training for operator.
- Design packaging for after sale products; check packaging with customers packaging engineer; Decide packaging materials and proposal with supplier.
- Work with planner to improve shipping window and receiving window compliance performance
- Ensure Warehouse management system be maintained properly and timely.
- Ensure on-time shipment receiving in SAP
