Job Description
职责：
-耳机产品研发新项目技术可行性评估
-负责新产品设计开发，输出SPEC,BOM,图纸，DFMEA等设计文档
-产品开发进度管理及组织节点评审
-产品设计相关问题的改进和产品平台的持续优化
-研发测试方案的确定
-协助DQA制定可靠性试验规范
-协助生产解决技术问题
-协助产品成本的评估及实施降低成本的专项
技能：
1. 较强的团队合作意识，良好的中英文书面及口头沟通能力，较强的文档写作能力
2. 较强的数据分析及逻辑分析能力，较强的问题解决能力
3. 熟练使用等效电路仿真软件如Microcap对耳机建模分析，并能够应用Ansys/Sysnoise进行有限元仿真
4.熟练使用Soundcheck，Audio Precison测试系统，对相应产品设计声学测试方案
5. 较强的主观听音能力，能够对耳机音质做出准确评价
6. 熟练使用Matlab进行大规模数据处理，熟练掌握Excel等Office软件
7. 具备较丰富的耳机生产制造知识
资历：5年以上扬声器/传声器及耳机研发经验，具有与欧美客户合作经验，具备丰富的与供应商合作经验
