1、Responsible for a good HSE operation of plant;

2、Production Management:
1)Provide leadership and direction to be fully responsibility in ASU running &GAS/LIQUID supply in reliable and efficient manner，so to achieve the established KPI index;
2)Prepare ASU production plan, ASU production daily reports and ASU production monthly report;
3)Technical documentation and update in time;
4)Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure the good production status;
5)Process mode change/optimization;

3、People Management:
1)Establish efficient production operation team;
2)Compile various production management system;
3)Technical training for the operation team.
4)Develop relevant contingency planning and emergency measures, and make sure the implement of these plans and measures;
5)Organize the program and plan of start-up and shut-down.

Qualifications：

1、University bachelor degree above, major in chemical engineering;
2、At least 5 years’ production management experience, background in ASU process is preferable;
3、Fluent Engilish in both oral and written.
