Work Scope：

1. Assist project manager to do the tendering for the project.

2. Monitor and review the construction drawings regarding the E&I section.

3. Conduct prequalification for E&I installation subcontractor.

4. Monitor and supervise the construction site E&I installation work.

5. Coordinate with EPC contractor and local power supply company to do the power supply and

modification.

6. Monitor and tracking the DCS and core process equipment factory fabrication through site

checking/testing and periodic meeting/teleconference.

7. Coordinate the DCS and core process equipment installation on site.

8. Lead the DCS and core process equipment commissioning.

9. Coordinate with E&I, DCS and core process contractors to provide training to operation and

maintenance team.

10. Smoothly handover the equipment and document to operation team.

Qualification：

Education: Bachelor degree on E&I.

Language Skill: Fluent in both mandarin and English.

Working experience:

1. 6 years above petrochemical construction site and/or 2years plant maintenance experience on

E&I aspect.

2. Familiar with DCS and flow process.

3、Familiar with HV equipment.

4. Lubricant plant design, construction and/or maintenance experience will be preferred.
