Job Description
1.协助项目经理进行总承包商的招标工作；
2.监督、审核土建、结构施工图；
3.对土建、结构分包商进行资格预审；
4.监督、管理现场土建、结构的施工已确保施工现场的安全、质量及进度‘
5.监督到现场的材料的取样、送检等工作依照施工规范要求进行；
6.检查进场材料，确保质量合格后，批准现场使用；
7.协调其他相关专业对施工设备进行进场前检验，以确保设备处于良好状态；
8.与总包商及监理对场外制造的材料、设备进行质量预审；
9.与总包商及监理协调监督场外加工厂的制造质量及进度控制；
10.与其他专业合作，协调工厂相关部门及总包商，带领现场的土建、结构部分的验收；
11.与工厂相关操作部门进行交接。
岗位资格要求：
教育背景：大学本科土木工程专业。
语言能力：普通话熟练，能用英语沟通，看懂英文文件及资料。
电脑操作：熟练运用办公软件，熟悉CAD。
工作经验：6年以上土建、结构施工管理经验。
