Job Description
岗位要求：
1、土地资源管理、房地产开发与管理等相关专业全日制本科以上学历，40岁以下；
2、5年以上相关工作经历，有大型房地产工作经验；
3、有良好的沟通能力、谈判能力、抗压能力；
4、熟练使用AutoCAD、Google Earth，办公软件；
工作职责
1、负责山东省内济南、青岛、烟台、济宁、淄博等主要城市的土地拓展工作。
2、对宏观城市、宏观经济具有分析能力，对拓展项目具有研判能力。
3、能够完成拓展项目的调研、可行性研究报告、经济价值研判、合作谈判及协议签订等方面工作。
4、能够跟踪土地市场、房地产市场的最新动态变化，寻找合适的投资机会。
