Responsibility:

1.1 Responsible for performing weekly/ monthly /quarterly /annually company financial statement analysis and submit related report to management timely and accurately.

1.2 Perform variance analysis on revenue, COGS, G&A costs, personnel costs and personnel heacount to support management decision-making.

1.3 Assist on manager to prepare data for budget, forecast and MRP.

1.4 Monitor GL accounts, analyze outstanding items and follow up.

1.5 Assist on preparing rolling cashflow forecast.

1.6 Some accounting entries in SAP according to the instruction from Accoutning & Reporting Manager.

Skills required:

1.1 Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or other equavalant professional certificate is preferred

1.2 Over 5 years relevant accounting experience preferably in manufacturing MNC environment.

1.3 Strong understanding of the Financial Analysis & forecasting processes is necessary, Knowledge of PRC/IFRS GAAP is essential
1.4 Ability to work independently and under pressure .

1.5 Ability to communicate in English, fluent English would be big advantage but not must.

1.6 Working experience with SAP or Oracle.

1.7 Good team player and initiative to work.

1.8 Strong skills in Microsoft Excel & Word

1.9 Most important point: High potential to improve him/herself, and have a logic thinking on problem solving.
