Job Description
1. 规划制定公司年度市场营销活动策略并推进实施，实现市场发展目标；
2. 完成公司所有识别系统的整合与策划设计，公司各项大型营销活动的组织策划；
3. 拓展公司的市场策略，及时提供市场反馈；
4. 协助各直营店制定营销活动计划，并组织相关人员培训；
5. 制定公司品牌传播和管理策略，维护、拓展公司品牌形象的传播；
6. 负责连锁加盟经营体系的建立，加盟店视觉效果的品牌化，加盟店运营管理、开发媒体发布渠道，组织、策划媒体活动；
7. 管理监督公司市场费用使用、控制以及本部门管理工作。
