Job Description
主要岗位职责：
1、对电机市场需求进行分析、研究和预测，制订销售目标，并确保目标能够实现；
2、根据目标制订销售计划，对销售计划进行分解，使其能够有效执行；
3、协助事业部总经理完成年度销售任务；
4、提供有关电机市场、竞争对手信息、内部组织建设等方面的建议，致力于提高部门的综合管理水平；
5、及时、高效处理销售过程中的问题，处理销售过程中与客户的纠纷；
6、对所销售所产生的货款回笼负责。
基本任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、2年以上电机行业销售经验，市场开拓能力强，能承受较大的工作压力；
3、学习能力强，能适应公司工作时间外的培训和学习；
4、有一定的团队协作能力及事业心态。
5、有过工业用大型电机销售经验者优先
