Job requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above

· major in Mechanical Design or manufacturing/Engine/Automotive

· Minimum 3~5 years of working experience related with product engineering or manufacturing

· Experience in Diesel engine or components field is preferred

· Familiar with Quality system and requirement in Automotive industry

· Fluent in both spoken and written English

· Good communication skill in multicultural company

· Be positive, conscientious, highly motivated, and willing to share knowledge with all cross-functional team members (quality, production, manufacturing and engineering)


Responsibilities:

· Assist problem solving teams on customer complaints, and undertaking comprehensive injectors Root Cause Analysis

· Assist in validation of engineering changes by supporting industrial trials at plants

· Identify any product and cost improvement opportunities

· Communicate with and feed back to design, development, process, and quality engineers to ensure robust design and process objectives are met

· Supports injector manufacturing and production in the plant at a product engineering level, to achieve all project quality and volume targets

· Support the improvement of end of line test (EOLT) and test focused on the reduction of false rejections as well as the improvement of the cycle time.

· Keep up to date test plans affected to phase 3 team and ensure that they are correctly applied on the production/backup test rigs in the plant

· Contribute to the problem solving methodology

· Validate ATS modifications

· Support product changes by carrying out the necessary validation

· Support assembly industrial trials to validate engineering changes within a production environment

· Support industrial trials to validate capacity increase within a production environment

· Support Analysis and validation of plant deviation (PAA)

· Perform product audit (MRA) according to time plan;
