Job Description
1、编制机电目标成本及监控；
2、负责审核机电类招标合同、清单的编制、资格预审、商务标函分析；
3、动态成本控制，编制并上报动态成本分析月报；
4、项目付款、设计变更、现场签证、结算审核管理；
5、根据大区标准合同框架，编制项目合约分判方案；
6、负责机电工程成本研发及设计方案成本优化工作；
7、参与建立成本数据库；
8、参与项目完工后的成本信息整理和分析，编制项目成本后评估报告，并制定成本工作改进措施。
