岗位职责:
总目标:通过维持销售额和利润稳步增长来实现销售目标;营造一个积极向上的工作环境, 使员工潜能得到充分发挥,使业务得到持续地增长。
1.Plan, organize, implement and manage procedures and policies to ensure efficient operations and an overall increase in sales.
计划,组织,实施,管理业务流程和监督规章制度的执行,确保有效的操作和整体销售额的增加。
2.Assist in developing and maintain annual budgets for written and delivered sales, gross margin, operational expenses, profit, and available-to-sell and backlog inventories.

3.Oversee functions of all sales positions to ensure a favorable store atmosphere.

4.Oversees and maintain office systems to ensure fiscal control, security of company assets and inventory management.

5.Work with Sales and Customer Service Managers to provide exceptional levels of customer service and minimize errors and customer complaints.

6.Work with warehouse manager to ensure and efficient and effective delivery and service department.

7.Monitor incoming and outgoing money daily and approve all disbursements. Recommend and implement advertising and marketing strategies to ensure proper targeting of consumer markets and strong community presence.

8.Maintain training programs established by corporate, as well as develop new techniques, for all employees.

9.Evaluate and provide direction for employee performance in accordance with corporate standards.

10.Create and nurture a high level of energy and ambition to ensure sales growth.

11.Transmit accurate weekly sales and disbursement reports, as well as recommendations for developing future business.

12.Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.

13.Works with H.R. to recruit office and support staff

14.Represent Markor, at all times and under any circumstance, in a professional and capable manner.
