Job Description
1、进行设计方案及扩初评审；
2、参与各类图纸会审，进行施工图审查；
3、施工图交底；
4、现场施工的管理及配合；
5、参与进行设计变更；
6、组织完成文件资料及图纸归档；
7、负责跟踪与部门有关合同的执行情况；
8、上司安排的其他临时工作；
9、对建筑设计有独到的见解；
10、了解住宅建筑发展趋势；
11、熟悉建筑构造做法；
12、具备较强的独立工作和总结分析能力，较强的责任心和上进心。
任职资格：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，建筑学专业。
2、1年以上房地产工作经验；
3、精通专业设计规范和相关地方标准，熟悉房地产开发相关知识和建筑工程专业知识，熟悉建筑设计专业软件。
