Job Description
一、岗位工作内容
1、协调组织完成公司绩效评价标准的调整,使其更符合不同阶段的要求;
2、调查评价制度实施问题和效果,提供建议解决方案;
3、改进、完善并监督执行公司考核体系和规范;
4、指导各部门主管开展评价工作,向员工解释各种相关制度性问题;
5、根据绩效评价结果实施对员工的奖惩工作;
6、组织实施绩效评价面谈;
7、协助上级完成其他相关绩效管理工作。
二、任职要求
1、男,3年以上绩效管理工作经验。
2、熟悉国家人事政策、法律法规;
3、熟悉各种绩效评价方法;
4、熟悉绩效管理流程;
5、人力资源管理理论基础扎实;
6、熟练使用相关办公软件。
