职位：IE工程师
工作职责：
1． 持续改进生产工艺，通过设计高效率工装及优化工艺流程，提高生产效率，降低生产成本。
2． 装配推行一线流工艺。
3． 生产实行精益生产及标准化作业。
4. 持续改进产品质量.
5. 根据生产、质量部门要求改进工艺及工装。
6．与TEC合作，参与新产品的开发。
任职要求：
1.具有机械及自动化专业学士及以上学位。
2.能够用英语读写、和一般性交流。
3. 具有一定机械加工工作经验人员或优秀应届毕业生.
