Job Description
1. 建立、优化O2O 网站开发部门的业务体系、流程。
2. 收集产品（互联网产品）所在市场的潜在需求，为满足现有或预期市场需求组织新产品开发及产品改进；能够独立完成相关产品PRD的撰写。
3. 在项目范围内组织项目并安排其优先顺序。
4. 制定产品（互联网产品）的发布计划，跟踪产品（互联网产品）的开发进度；密切配合、协助、确定最佳技术实施方法及合理的执行计划。
5. 参与并负责网站页面、线上广告的整体设计风格的定义和视觉呈现效果的把控。
6. 收集客户反馈并确保产品（互联网产品）顺利成功发布，制定短期及长期产品目标与规划、可行性分析。
7. 部门内部管理
1) 指导所属员工制定阶段工作计划，并督促执行；
2) 负责部门内部任务分工，制定内部各项管理制度，并监督实施
8. 完成上级交待的其他工作。
