Job Description
工作职责：
（1）参与项目中水暖设计专业的前期调研工作,详细了解和收集有关政策性和技术性资料,提出相关建设性意见供领导参考；
（2）根据项目定位、项目特点、提出水暖专业设计方案构思及可行性意见, 保证设计结果既满足客户的实际需求, 又与总体设计方案相符合, 保证设计的充分可行；
（3）根据领导决策，完成工程项目的水暖设计专业的《设计任务书》的编写工作；
（4）负责组织监督水暖专业的设计单位的工作，为项目的设计做好指导和配合工作；
（5）进行水暖专业的设计变更洽商管理及现场管理等工作，保证设计成果的落实，配合相关部门做好成本控制及质量控制；
任职要求：
（1）水暖等相关专业本科及以上学历；
（2）有甲级设计院或大型房地产公司3年以上工作经验为佳；
（3）熟悉房地产开发与建筑设计，建筑施工相关法律，法令及法规；
（4）熟悉建筑设计工作所需专业设计软件；
（5）有良好的沟通、协调合作团队的能力，责任心强。
