任职要求：
1．38岁以下，大专以上学历，营销、管理相关专业。

岗位工作内容：
1、协助店面总经理招聘销售人员和支持人员。
2、根据公司的标准，对员工绩效进行评估，并提供可行的建议来提高和改善业绩，以

3、实施新的培训项目，以加强销售方面的力度，提高销售额。
4、协助店面总经理，通过调查客流量，广告和消费者反馈，建议营销方案，以增加销

5、通过维护和发展销售
