8年汽车主机厂工作经验以上；熟悉自动化焊装线生产流程，工位布置、自动化战略规划；主持并参与过15-20JPH产能以上焊装工艺规划工作，熟悉自动化焊装线生产流程，工位布置、自动化战略规划；熟悉自动化焊装生产线焊接机器人、激光焊、PLC生产线等焊装设备维护，三年及以上设备管理工作经验。
