o Prepare timelyFinance statements according to Chinese accounting principles and policy.
根据中国会计准则和会计制度编制财务报表
o Prepare timelyFinance statements according to H.O. accounting principles and policy.
根据总部会计准则和会计制度编制财务报表
o Prepare internal statements according to the instruction of finance controller including cost calculation of (WIP, SFP, and FP), sales &purchase report, Cash flow, A/P&A/R aging report, and others.
根据财务总监的指示准备内部报告包括成本核算(在产品，半成品和产成品)、销售&采购报告、现金流量表、应付账款&应收账款账龄等等
o Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly compulsory declarations filling and preparation such us VAT, tax exemption, tax refund, EIT, Annual check, IIT, etc.
完成月度、季度和年度报税工作，如增值税、免税、退税、企业所得税、年检等等
o In charge of fix assets, deferred expenses, long-term prepayments, loans, accrued expenses, goods in transit, etc., calculations and management.
负责计算和管理固定资产、递延费用、长期待摊资产、借款等
o Yearly, Quarterly and Monthly Budget and forecast preparation and control.(add Chinese)
o Coordinate the Yearly External Auditing and Group Reporting Package.(add Chinese)
o Communication in English language with Customers, Vendors, HQ and other employees.
用英语同客户、供应商和总部进行交流。
o Other tasks decided by CFO.

任职资格的具体描述：
At least 4 years education majored in Finances, Accounting.
至少4年财务或会计专业教育背景
o At least 5 years in finance area.
至少5年财务领域工作经验
o In foreign invested companies: JV or WOFE, manufacturing.
有外资公司工作经验(独资或合资公司)
o 2 Years minimum experience in SAP R/3 system. FI module and CO.
o Familiar with finance, accounting laws and regulations. Good skills in taxation.
熟悉财务、会计法规和规章，有良好的税务技能
o Preferred with CPA certificate.
注册会计师优先考虑
