Quality System Management
1, Ensure QS document and certificate in region effectiveness.
2, Appraise, report overall quality status and follow up actions for improvement quarterly.
3, Conduct internal audit in region and report to QA of head office twice a year.
4, Support appraisal processes of SO/HACCP/KFC Star, feedback and followup action plan.
5, Make suggestions on contents of quality system.
Quality System Monitoring
1, Make GMP inspection and follow up actions for improvement on a monthly basis.
2, Monitor the process from raw material enterring to customer services via QAP/KPI.
3, Monitor local farm's quality system.
4, Evaluate new supplier, monitor and make on-site examination in region.
5, Support local customer complaint cases.
6, Risk analysis on local quality status and report to HO QA and regional mgr.
Technical Service
1, Provide training/consulting sevices to internal/external customers within quality areas.
2, Supprot NPD process in region.
Management
1, Coach, develop and train subordinates.
2, Coordinate with sales, production and other depts in order to facilitate quality achievement.
3, Receive local officers re quality area, communicate and build up good relationship with them.
4, Reporting and budgeting within own areas.
